Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in its original packaging.
• The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you prefer a direct exchange for a different size or color, please contact our support team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
